Mining Assets 

Moh and Mog is involved in sourcing finance for existing mining assets across Southern Africa (Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Zambia and South Africa). The current assets of interest are new and existing mines with mining rights, bankable feasibility studies including competent persons report as well as mines with expansion plans which require additional finance or clients who wish to sell their assets outright. We have an active list of commodity buyers who buy from our exclusive database of operational mining assets. With every engagement Moh and Mog requires a mandate to engage investors and funders to provide tailored finance solutions. 

Telecommunications

Moh and Mog provides consultancy services to blue chip telecommunications companies that are looking for expansion capital, operational funds (CAPEX and OPEX) as well access to new markets. Our client reach spans between the United States of America, United Kingdom, South Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. We are mandated to assist clients to structure finance solutions which could fit with requirements of our funders and investors. We focus on clients with a strong balance sheet. Our current client base is in South Africa with expansion plans to reach a global audience. Our current mandate and funding budget is unlimited but is determined by our clients roll out ambitions and capacity. 

Insurance Products (Short Term)

Moh and Mog is associated with a licensed insurance broker with the ability to create specific tailor made short term insurance solutions within various sectors including the housing sector, trucking and motor vehicles as well as travel insurance sectors. Our solution allows our clients to obtain a certain portion of their money back on a yearly basis. This incentive is revolutionary in the insurance industry and incentivizes clients to care for their policies (terms and conditions apply). Moh and Mog aims to expand this service across Africa (conflict free countries).

Banking 

Our project management, business analysis and A.I. based technological banking solutions are revolutionary in assisting clients optimize their internal banking processes. Our integrated A.I. based technology ensures our clients get access to the best technology within budget and help improve their output by reducing the time it takes to deliver solutions. We are able to setup banking mainframe solutions (plug-ins), query management systems, document management solutions driven by A.I. Through the technical team based in London we are able to provide fraud detection systems which can integrate with VISA and Mastercard payment systems. We offer technical banking solutions for client who work with legacy systems like KTT as well as POS integrated Systems. Our boundless capability is based on experience and constant engagement with technology enthusiasts and specialists.

Alternative Energy Projects

Moh and Mog has a mandate from multiple international investors to identify projects across Africa (SADEC) which require finance and EPC partner capabilities. We have a turnkey solution tailored for alternative power projects across the board. We focus on projects from 5 MW to 1000 MW. We are able to facilitate and deliver the project funding rollout within a period of 3 months. Our teams are ready to be mobilized immediately once our exclusive mandate is signed with clients. Current funding mandate allows us to engage clients with projects from a minimum quantum of 50M USD to 100B USD. All clients are required to illustrate commitment to the project and sign an engagement agreement giving Moh and Mog exclusivity to engage funders and investors. In some instances Moh and Mog may finance some operations with its own balance sheet to secure equity based on long term projections or proven profitability of the business. The equity obtained may be offered to preferred investors or partners in our database at a later stage as agreed with the asset holders.
