Our services also extend to mines with expansion plans requiring capital injection, as well as clients seeking to divest their assets.

We maintain an exclusive database of operational mining assets, accessible to our network of vetted commodity buyers. All engagements with Moh and Mog are conducted under formal mandates, authorizing us to approach investors and structure bespoke financing solutions tailored to each project's requirements.

Telecommunications

Moh and Mog provides strategic advisory and funding facilitation services to blue-chip telecommunications companies in need of expansion capital, operational funding (CAPEX & OPEX), and market entry support. Our client footprint includes the USA, UK, South Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

We work with companies that demonstrate strong financial fundamentals, assisting them in structuring finance solutions aligned with the investment criteria of our funders. Our current mandate has no funding cap and is guided entirely by the scope and ambition of our clients' expansion plans. Our current portfolio is based in South Africa, with global expansion underway.

Short-Term Insurance Solutions

Through a partnership with a licensed insurance broker, Moh and Mog offers bespoke short-term insurance products across several sectors including housing, logistics (trucking and motor vehicles), and travel. Our innovative insurance model enables clients to receive a partial refund on premiums annually—an incentive designed to promote responsible policy management (terms and conditions apply).

This offering is set to expand across conflict-free African countries, marking a new era of customer-centric insurance solutions.

Banking Technology Solutions

Alternative Energy Projects

Moh and Mog holds active mandates from international investors to identify and finance alternative energy projects across Africa, particularly within the SADC region. We offer turnkey EPC and financing solutions for projects ranging from 5 MW to 1000 MW, with rapid rollout capabilities typically within 3 months of engagement.

Our current funding mandate covers projects requiring investments between USD 50 million and USD 100 billion. All prospective clients must sign an exclusive engagement agreement, enabling us to mobilize resources and negotiate with funders on their behalf.

Where appropriate, Moh and Mog may invest directly using its own balance sheet in exchange for equity. This equity can later be offered to preferred partners or investors within our network, in alignment with asset holders’ strategies and long-term goals.
